Semi annual service 9/23/2015

I very much appreciated the manner in which Craig and I interacted and after a brief conversation I'm convinced Craig has my best interest in mind when servicing our HVAC. Having shared other not so good experiences I've had with service from auto dealers, etc. I'm confident Craig will be honest with me when recommending replacements of parts, etc., only when necessary to continue efficient and economical performance of the equipment. I have asked YES to make Craig available to me when service is necessary. more

Great service 9/13/2015

Alex was professional and explained what he was doing and why. He had to access attic and vacuumed up. It's all working and I know on such a hot day it was hard for him. I would recommend this company. more

On the initial visit serviceman identified as Phil came to the house, immediately he was abrasive and would not listen to my concerns, leaving me to ask him to leave. I immediately call the dispatcher who was apologetic and assured me that this was not company policy. We made another appointment and behold along came David C, who was polite and listened to my issue, inspected the equipment and found the problem, attended to the issue and servicing of my air conditioner. He was knowledgeable, professional and gave me faith the this company and it's policy's. David saved the day. As for Phil he needs finishing school! more

Fernando G. and Trevor B. did a great job. They explained things so I could understand what was happening. While I couldn't afford everything needed they did fix the most necessary and I started a monthly plan. I've used YES for many years and will continue to do so. more

Excellent and speedy service 8/17/2015

Yes air conditioning was able to answer our service call very quickly and even called us when they were on their way. Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient when answering our questions . Alex was also able to complete the repairs very quickly and provided great customer service. He made sure everything was working properly and ensured that we were well informed. Thank you Alex! more

Brian fixed a leak that started in a whole house water filtering unit that was installed on May 28, 2015. He not only fixed the leak, but thoroughly cleaned up the copper pipes that was not done at the time of installation. Way to go Brian, you are a true asset to Yes AC. New customer experience 7/29/2015

Called another company and was told they were too busy to respond to our problem. Was not a problem. Just whipped out the trusty phone book and found the ad for YES air conditioning. Called and got a very courteous office employee. Explained problem to her and she set me up with a scheduled time for their tech's to come out. They called and said their people would not be able to come till late in afternoon. Re-scheduled for next day and they were here by 8:20 A.M..They diagnosed my problem and we worked out an acceptable solution. As complicated as it was, the tech's worked all day to get my problems fixed. Mark and Darren exceptional and their job knowledge was very high. Will definitely call again when I have a problem. They are a definite asset to the company more

Best Service YET! 7/6/2015

Phap N. came to my home and immediately knew what the problem was and how to solve it! He was a true professional. He showed me step by step what he was doing and stopped my AC from leaking until I can have a plumber come out to get to the main root of the problem. I have used several AC companies and they never fixed my issue, nor did they get to the root of the leak and why it keeps happening. Phap DID!! He really knew his stuff and spent the time needed explaining the issue to me so that I was clear. I appreciate professionals like him. Thank you YES for sending him out. I will be recommending this company and Phap to ALL of my friends and family. more

Josh T outstanding 7/4/2015

Josh came out and fixed a cooling problem for us. He explained why the system was not working and what had to be done to fix it. He had to return 6 days later to repair an issue that unfortunately was caused by the first fix. He was on time professional and apologized for any inconvenience. Problem now fixed. Appreciated his honesty and professionalism, something that's hard to find in this business more

Home install visit 6/19/15 6/20/2015

Mike, salesman. and Brian, installer were at our house for our annual plumbing inspection. As before, the service from Yes employees was thorough and very customer oriented. Mike identified and explained the need for upgrades to our water heater and water conditioning systems and gave us our best options and pricing. Brian did a complete and thorough install under challenging Las Vegas heat conditions. Brian also took the time after a long day to educate my husband and myself about both of our new units. more
