Smelt a weird odor when Heat came on, called Yes and Craig Lugo came out to check the problem. What he found was the drain pan had alot of water in it and was causing the smell. Yes installed the system 3 years ago. Craig said they could have put in better drain, with only 1 elbow, so the water could drain more effectively. So he was nice enough to fix the problem without charging anything including the service call charge. I know the way things use to be this would be expected from a company, but so much has changed over the years with respect to customer service, and satisfaction. It was nice to see Craig, and Yes do the right thing for a customer. more

Jun is very professional and experienced tech person. He made some suggestions on keeping our unit clean and was not pushy. We did get the service warranty to come out 3x's a year. Josh T. came to do the tune up on my A/C & Heat unit we had installed last December. He introduced himself and then asked if there were any issues or problems I was concerned about with the unit. I told him it was great except at night our room seems to get really warm. He gave me some solutions to try and actually told me what he did in his home. Tonight we will try one of the suggestions to see if it helps. He really seemed to know his business so I have no doubt that it will be cooler in my bedroom tonight! Also because we smoke in our home he told me about a product that attaches to the unit in front of the coils which would stop the nicotine from getting to the coils and also acts as an air purifier. He took the time to explain the product to me and even got the website up on my laptop so that I can review it and see if this would be something we would be interested in in the future. He did not push the product and did not make me feel like he was pressuring me into purchasing the product today, which I really appreciated. He really wanted me to research it and go over it with my husband. If that would have been any other company I am sure I would have felt very pressured to purchase that product right then and there. Josh T. is one of the nicest service people I have ever had in my home. He was so polite and profession at the same time. In fact when it is time for service on the unit again I will be requesting Josh T. to be the service technician to do the service. Thank you YES company for having such profession & personal technicians. I was very comfortable with Josh in my home. I have had other companies in the past and was actually nervous when their techs had to actually come in my home. With Josh I never felt that way. Thank you Josh for being the type of technician that you are. You are the best! more

My AC unit was making a funny noise, so I called Yes AC &Plumbing. The operator was polite and efficient. She said the technician would be at my house between 10 and noon, and he was - right on schedule. David C. Showed up with a smile and can do attitude. He listened to my explanation of the problem, listened to the unit and then went up into the attic. A few minutes later he emerged with the diagnosis. He explained what needed to be done and then went to get the parts. He came back as promised and proceeded to fix the funny noise. My AC is blowing cold and quiet. He suggested some additional services, provided me with a receipt and then said goodbye. Thanks David C. more

I was very satisfied with the lady who calls us--she is always polite even though I cannot always make an appointment at the time of her call. Craig does his work well and always explains what needs to be corrected, i.e., a dual run capacitor was leakng this past Saturday and could in the near future harm our (outside) air conditioner. Jack was called and wanted to explain further about the part being needed to be changed and the price of the labor was understood by me. I want to compliment all three on doing a great job!
