Smelt a weird odor when Heat came on, called Yes and Craig Lugo came out to check the problem. What he found was the drain pan had alot of water in it and was causing the smell. Yes installed the system 3 years ago. Craig said they could have put in better drain, with only 1 elbow, so the water could drain more effectively. So he was nice enough to fix the problem without charging anything including the service call charge. I know the way things use to be this would be expected from a company, but so much has changed over the years with respect to customer service, and satisfaction. It was nice to see Craig, and Yes do the right thing for a customer.
