Yamaha-Suzuki Of Texas

Brought my bike in for a taillight repair in November before putting it down for the winter. I took it back out about a month ago and now its in need for the exact same $300 repair. The service manager says they have liability for this because too much time went by when they can plainly see how much mileage was put on the bike over that time. Basically didn't fix my bike correctly the first time and are now going to steal another $300. This is how a customer that has spent thousands of dollars in their service drive is treated after years of loyalty. I will never do any kind of business with this store again. more

I attended the open house bike night and enjoyed some free rockstar and meeting the supercross team. While I was there I picked up a couple of super cute tees that were on sale :thumbsup: They also have the best sunglasses in town! Pros: great sale, cool peeps more

Took ATV there for pre-paid maintenenace, every time I took it in it took well over a week, last service resulted in a oil leak, took it back General Manager acknowledge leak and said it was their fault and they would take care of it and it would take a week. Two weeks +3 days later, got vehicle back, tires flat, still had oil leak. Took it back to manager, he was not getting my point about wanting to know what is included in pre-paid maintenance and that it still had leak and because I raised my voice to try and get him to listen, he threw me out and threatened to call the police. Customer service is dead at this facility. Bad service which is no wonder because the leadership is the worst I have ever encountered. I will never go back there.
