Took ATV there for pre-paid maintenenace, every time I took it in it took well over a week, last service resulted in a oil leak, took it back General Manager acknowledge leak and said it was their fault and they would take care of it and it would take a week. Two weeks +3 days later, got vehicle back, tires flat, still had oil leak. Took it back to manager, he was not getting my point about wanting to know what is included in pre-paid maintenance and that it still had leak and because I raised my voice to try and get him to listen, he threw me out and threatened to call the police. Customer service is dead at this facility. Bad service which is no wonder because the leadership is the worst I have ever encountered. I will never go back there.
