Charise is my stylist! I have been going to Charise for years. When I statred going to Charise my hair was over processed and breaking off all the way to my scalp and she nursed ...

Overall the salon is pretty good but this is just my review so far:

Friendly staff 12/6/2006

I went to Xquisite in November to get my hair pressed and styled. Not only was the shop clean and spacious (including the restroom), it was also organized. My stylist was Angie. She was great! She was very friendly and sociable, as was everyone I met in the salon, and she gave me a lot of tips on how to take care of my hair properly. Also, a major plus, she didn't take all day. If you frequent salons you know that value of being able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time (and of course still look good). If you have natural hair, or if you don't, I would definiely recommend her to anyone and would go back myself. Pros: didn't get hair removal or mani/pedi so ignore above ratings more

Anika Benson at Xquisite Hair Salon 12/5/2006

Xquisite is a professioal hair salon with very compentent hair stylest. Anita is especially professional and efficient. She is seldon late for her appointments and if she is she will call to let you know she is running last. She works quickly and gives you a hair style appropriate for your facial features. She provides hair care and tips on how to solve hair problems. I would highly recommend her to anyone. We know how important our hair is to us and you will not be disappointed selecting her as your stylest. Pros: Easy parking - appropriate music, Clean facilities Cons: Opens at 10:00, An earlier opening hour would be helpful to those of us trying to go to work afterwards more

Anika B 11/22/2006

First I would like to say that I have been going to Xquisite for a couple of years now and I love it. Anika B is a great stylist because she keeps my hair looking healthy. Even when I have braids and I don't come to the shop for a month she gives me tips on how to keep my hair up. She also shows me how to pin curl my hair every night so I won't have to put heat on it everyday. \r \r Anika B is great. more

Best Kept Little Secret in Cedarbrook Plaza 11/22/2006

I would like to post a review for the manager Sheena. I find her to be very friendly, courteous and highly knowledgeable in the area of hair care. I was referred to her by a close friend who for the past several years swore by this Hair Stylist. After I started going to Xquisite about 2 years ago, I must admit also that I too find this young lady (Sheena) to be very respectful and and a joy to have as a stylist. I would not hesitate in recommending any of my friends to her or to the shop as a whole. The atmosphere is very sophicated and gracious as well as warm. Best Service 11/20/2006

I love going to Xquisite! As a business owner, I have to make sure that I always look good! And my stylist, Anika Richardson along with ""Danny the shampoo girl"" help me do just that! I love Anika's ability to style my natural & long hair with quickness & ease. I love the shop so much that even though I have moved to Delaware, I still drive back to Wyncote to get my hair done. Great Place to have your hair done 11/20/2006

I have been going to Xquisite since it opened. Anika Benson is my stylist. My hair is healthy and well maintained by her. I have noticed that my hair has grown dramatically since begining my experience at Xquisite with Aveda Products. The salon is clean and a comfortable place to be served. Even the shampoo assistants are polite and attentive. However there is a lack of attention to the manicure and pedicure area. There was an adjustment made from 1 to 2 persons working in that area but I must say that is still not enough. It is almost impossible to have a nail service performed without waiting for more than an hour. It may also be a good investment to increase bathroom availability. I Love my Hair! 11/17/2006

My name is Jeannine & my stylist is Anika Richardson. I came in yesterday with a new style in mind and Anika was able to make it a beautiful reality! I love my new cut! I left the shop feeling more attractive & ready for my night on the town! My friends all love my new style too, I've gotten rave reviews! I love the Aveda products they use and the overall facility is always clean & looks great! Whenever anyone asks me where I get my hair done I always tell them go to Xquisite, they will do you right! more

A Master Stylist at Xquisite 11/17/2006

A native New Yorker knows how hard it is to find a QUALITY hair stylist outside of the Big Apple. Charise has been my hair stylist since 1998 and she is the BEST. Not only can she cut, color, and curl, but she gives PROFESSIONAL consultations on hair care for your hair type. She makes each client feel special as soon as they sit in her chair. For years I have received compliments on how nice and healthy my hair always looks. All the credit goes to Charise at Xquisite. Best stylist to get u in and out, Very Professional 11/14/2006

I've been at Xuisite Hair Design for several years and I love it. Not only do I have a great stylist who keeps my hair right after I continue to mess it up because of my busy schedule but it's also a warm family oriented salon. I must say I really would like to thank my stylist Anika Richardson for keeping the professional but stern relationship she has with me and my hair (smile). To sum it all up, I had a standing appointment with Anika and she was never late and always got me out in a timely manor as well. Pros: Open seven days a week Cons: I started a new a new job in N.Y. Which took away from my fun time everyother week more

Anika Benson is Awesome! 11/14/2006

I have been a client of Anika's for many years ever since she finished beauty school 13 yrs. ago, and have followed her wherever she went. She has been at Xquisite for many years, and have worked with Bob(the owner) for 10yrs. She is professional at all times, a ""perfectionist"" when it comes to styling your hair;making sure that every strand is in place, a health guru in making sure that your hair stays healthy and conditioned, very creative, attentive to your needs, on time, and a very friendly person. I have referred family, friends, and colleagues to Anika, and they are just as pleased as I am. Keep up the good work Anika! Pros: Relaxed atmosphere Cons: Need more shampoo assistants more

Where would my hair be without Sheena? 11/12/2006

It was a Tuesday night, I had a dinner meeting to attend later, and due to the nasty rain my hair was a hot mess. I thought to myself, because it was a Tuesday after 5pm, I wouldn?t find any open salon in the area. Xquisite proved me wrong. At my arrival, I was greeted by the front desk person, Dawn with a warm smile; she then introduced me to the salon manager, Sheena, who took SUPERB care of my hair, she even offered me some tea to help warm me up from the rain. Overall, I?ve found my salon home, or better yet my hair doctor, Sheena. Ever since, I?ve been going to Sheena, my hair has never felt and look so health and strong. I ask myself from time to time, where would my hair be without Sheena from Xquisite? Thanks Sheena, you?re the BEST!!!! Pros: Everything was GREAT more

I've been going to Anika B. for several years now, and I never leave her chair feeling dissatisfied with my hair. I love how she takes excellent care of my hair by providing bi-weekly hair maintenance?making sure that my hair continues to grow healthy and strong. She also provides excellent customer service, through her knowledgeable information on how to take better care of your hair, as well her attentive and sociable attitude towards her clients. Sheena is a Great Stylist 11/9/2006

Today was my second visit to the salon and just as my first visit I left very satisfied. As soon as you enter the salon you are sent to the back to be washed and the process continues to move at that pace until you leave the salon. The overall wait time is exceptional to other salons of the same nature. The assistant as well as the stylist treated me with respect and demonstrated an attitude of appreciation for my business. At the first appoinment clients leave with a welcome package which blew my mind. I have been to many salons and have never received anything of the sort. Also, after you pay you also receive a"" thank you"" mint which I think is a nice closing jesture. They are open seven days a week and offer discounts for a variety of demographic groups. My hair has held up very well with Sheena and today I made a standing weekly appointment with her. I highly reccommend the salon and Sheen who in my book is a top of the line stylist. more

My visit to xquisite was wonderful. My stylist was Sheena . She did my hair a week ago, the service was fabulous. I did not have to wait all day, everyone was friendly and alive. The salon enviorment made me feel at home. I difinately will be back {MADE MY APPOINTMENT ALREADY} O and I'm still getting compliments on my week old doo. Excellent customer service, The best hair, nail, and skin care in Philly! 11/9/2006

My stylist name is Tiffany Perry she so adorable, and she takes good care of my hair. Awhile ago my hair fell out do to stress and she trained it and brought it back to life. The atmosphere of the salon is so comfortable. I will never go anywhere else to get my hair, nails, or massages done this is the hottest spot! more

Charise is the BEST! She's a great stylist, very knowledgable and can get you in and out of the salon fast. What a great combination! That combination is what most salons are lacking. What's most impressive is that Charise can work her magic within a reasonable amount of time. Additionally, the salon is beautiful and the staff is very nice. Keep up the great work! more
