Today was my second visit to the salon and just as my first visit I left very satisfied. As soon as you enter the salon you are sent to the back to be washed and the process continues to move at that pace until you leave the salon. The overall wait time is exceptional to other salons of the same nature. The assistant as well as the stylist treated me with respect and demonstrated an attitude of appreciation for my business. At the first appoinment clients leave with a welcome package which blew my mind. I have been to many salons and have never received anything of the sort. Also, after you pay you also receive a"" thank you"" mint which I think is a nice closing jesture. They are open seven days a week and offer discounts for a variety of demographic groups. My hair has held up very well with Sheena and today I made a standing weekly appointment with her. I highly reccommend the salon and Sheen who in my book is a top of the line stylist.
