Charise is my stylist! I have been going to Charise for years. When I statred going to Charise my hair was over processed and breaking off all the way to my scalp and she nursed ...

great customer service 11/8/2006

I recently visited the salon and because of city search and a coworker I chose to see Anika R. On purpose at first I didn't tell her that I was a new client and how I heard about the salon. There was no need, she past the test. She was so professional and pleasant. She asked how I heard about the salon . It was just a true pleasure to be in her presence. She made me very comfortable and my hair was well cared for and stylish. Thank yoy Anika R Pros: Very nice atmosphere and very talented, also good parking Cons: can't honestly think of any more

This is really a top scale solon it just keeps getting better and better all the stylist are very talented and skillful on any given day you can go in there and get the best service in the city. You can get your nails done also. If you are a nurse or a teacher they also have a special day just for you for all the hard work that you do. Pros: Beautiful atmosphere Cons: tnone more

CHARISE HAS BEEN MY STYLIST FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW. WHEN I STARTED COMING TO HER MY HAIR WAS SEVERLEY DAMAGED & BROKEN OFF BADLY!! CHARISE NOT ONLY RESTORED MY HAIR BACK TO ITS HEALTHY STATE, SHE ALSO TOOK HER TIME TO EDUCATE ME ON PROPER HAIR CARE. I'VE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH HER AND THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE ENTIRE SALON. I HAVE REFERRED QUITE A FEW PEOPLE TO XQUISITE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. more

Great Location, good hours and free parking! 11/6/2006

Anika is a great stylist and I can't say that I'm surprised because she did my hair when we were kids growing up. I could always count on her to hook me up with braids or whatever I needed at teh time. She's smart, cretaive, professional and most of all a sincerely nice person. I would recommend the shop but especially Nika to anyone looking for a permanent stylist. Pros: open seven days, free parking Cons: Some prices a little high but beauty is worth it more

The salon in whole is pretty good. The only gripe is one of the stylists. I believe her name is Sheena. She tends to act quite childish in the salon. I was told that she is assistant manger. She may want to show a more mature side since she is supposed to be an example o the other employees. It seems that maybe she thinks the world revolves around her. Beauty School Drop outs 8/1/2006

Only go there in a pinch. The majority of the stylist are new and don't know what to do with hair. I gave the salon a second chance after having my hair severely unevenly cut and went to the most experienced stylist there. (Good website though) She sprayed my hair with something from an unmarked bottle which today I believe was watered down hair spray. The same day my style was gone. My hair looked better three days prior to going. I should have known bettter after I saw that all of her clients were elderly. Pros: great parking Cons: bad hair stylist more

I recently came to Xquisite by recommendation, and I must say I am hooked !! My former salon did great hair but the wait was crazy!!! The ladies and gentlemen at this salon are so professional. I found My Salon 3/13/2006

I have tried more than a dozen salons in the past six years and I was never totally happy. I fdound some salons where stylists just coulndn't do black hair, i have been to salons where I was happy with my hair but the salon so unprofessional that I couldn't stand it, I have been to salons where they could do hair but the parking was bad or I didn't feel safe after dark. Well I was recommended to Xquisite (and stylist Anika Richardson) by a friend and the salon was exactly what I have been looking for. The salon is run in a very professional manner, Anika does a wonderful job on my hair, the parking was great I literally parked about 25 feet from the salon's front door in a very well lit parking lot. Nakia is a wonder! 12/8/2005

I just did my hair at Xquisite and Nakia did my hair. I was so amazed at her talents! I just took out my braids and my hair was damaged...in actual fact, I was kinda shy to show my hair to anyone. But Nakia made me feel so comfortable and I came out of the salon looking so ravishing. To prove it, a guy in my apartment building actually stepped up to me to compliment my hair. Satisfied New Client 5/27/2005

I recently had two deaths in my family and I needed a pick me up because I was so depressed. A friend from my church recommended that go to Xquisite with her a get my hair done. I visited the salon on May 28th and Tracie did a wonderful job on my hair. I also had a pedicure by Annie and it was the best pedicure that I ever had. I will recommend Xquisite to everyone! Easter 3/26/2005

I visited the salon for the first time on the Saturday before Easter and had my Hair done by Cherry. She did a very good job and did it very quickly. Although all the stylists were very busy they had five or six support staff that not only shampooed but offered me cookies sods and coffee and kept the salon clean and organized. The bathrooms were large well decorated and spotless. The bathrooms were actually cleaned several times while i was there. I am a fanatic about clean bathrooms and apparently so are they. Weave Talent 3/15/2005

Sheena does incredible weaves. She insists on using only high quality hair and that's a bit expensive but it is crtainly worth it. Most people in my college have no clue that I have a weave. Regular Customer 3/15/2005

I've been a regular customer of Xquisite & Sheena for about two years now. Teachers receive a discount on Thursdays. Service is prompt and of a high quality. I can usually have my hair washed and styled within an hour to an hour and a half. Even the shampoo girls are excellent. Xquisite is a trendsetting, comfortable, convenient salon. more

Fantastic! 10/22/2004

I moved to Philadelphia from Atlanta last year. I asked around my office for some suggestions about where to get my hair done. A co-worker recommended Lawrence at Xquisite and I am so glad that she did. My hair is very fine and delicate and I have never been able to grow it out more than three or four inches before it breaks off. Through Aveda products and Lawrence's majic touch my new silky shiny hair is now down to my shoulders. I can't thank him enough, I used to be so self confident about my hair and now I feel great and I am recommending him to everyone. I had the best weave ever and a pedicure on 6-20-04, so i was in the salon just about all day. I viewed no agruments with clients only a relaxing atmosphere in a very professional salon. I don't think that it is fair for someone no make ufair accusations that can affect the careers of some very hardworking sisters.
