Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Not only is the company is deceptive in their practices and have a track record of being sued for deceptive practices. I had a client that needed an order for the SEMA convention. Of course they gave me it at the last minute.\r Most places I called either could not make it in such short time or I could not afford the price. When I called around the prices were all over the board. I went with this company because the price seemed right and they said they could get it to me on time if I paid a rush fee. The fee was not as much as others..so i went with them based on really the money and the timing. Then when I placed the order, they checked my files and I found out my client had given me files that were ""not print ready"". I was in CA so I had no way to get back to Vegas and fix them...the woman in the front office Bichon (she looks like shes from the 1950's) she fixed them for me and waived the fees. As a designer I know time is money...so I was surprised at the extra work they were doing to help me.\r When I picked up my Flyers they were ready a day early on Friday instead of Monday. Even being a holiday they were still early. Since I was not expecting them on friday...the dark haired guy Jimmy was nice enough to stay late for me so I could get to pick them up.\r Over all I am very very pleased. Worst service we have ever received as a business. Been late on 2 simple jobs, and we get the run around from some bijorn lady who just chit chats on the phone. When BS finally hits the fan, they pretend to try to fix the issue, but the overall result was still awful. Why give a deadline if you are not going to meet it. To make it worst, no one in that place knows what they are doing. Do not do business with this company!!! you are better off paying a little bit more but for reliable service. The left hand doesn't have a clue what the right hand is doing at this place. The ditz that answers the phones (Bezon?) seems to say the first thing that comes in her head. After submitting an order online, THREE WEEKS later we are STILL waiting for our cards. Of course, they wasted absolutely NO TIME getting themselves paid - our credit card was charged within an hour! After going through at least 4 printers here in Las Vegas I've found that WOW Printing has taken the best care of our company. From customer service of taken in an order to delivering a beautiful finished product they have come through time and time again.
