I had a client that needed an order for the SEMA convention. Of course they gave me it at the last minute.\r Most places I called either could not make it in such short time or I could not afford the price. When I called around the prices were all over the board. I went with this company because the price seemed right and they said they could get it to me on time if I paid a rush fee. The fee was not as much as others..so i went with them based on really the money and the timing. Then when I placed the order, they checked my files and I found out my client had given me files that were ""not print ready"". I was in CA so I had no way to get back to Vegas and fix them...the woman in the front office Bichon (she looks like shes from the 1950's) she fixed them for me and waived the fees. As a designer I know time is money...so I was surprised at the extra work they were doing to help me.\r When I picked up my Flyers they were ready a day early on Friday instead of Monday. Even being a holiday they were still early. Since I was not expecting them on friday...the dark haired guy Jimmy was nice enough to stay late for me so I could get to pick them up.\r Over all I am very very pleased. I will use Wow Printing again and I am thankful for their help.\r - Design Forward Pros: Service Cons: A person could get lost easily when trying to find location
