Review content:
The left hand doesn't have a clue what the right hand is doing at this place. The ditz that answers the phones (Bezon?) seems to say the first thing that comes in her head. After submitting an order online, THREE WEEKS later we are STILL waiting for our cards. Of course, they wasted absolutely NO TIME getting themselves paid - our credit card was charged within an hour! They don't have to worry about seeing any of our business ever again.
Pros: decent product
Cons: front office ""customer service"" the worst
