I have worked for Working Gear for some time now and the owners are very fair. I was working the day that Mrs Mange came in with her son and tried to return the ""New Shirt"" It had been washed and worn by her son to an emt class. We can not take back clothes that have been worn and washed even if they are clean. (Her son came in with the same shirt a few days earlier prior to washing it and it had ring around the collar and stains on the sleeves according to our boss) \r
Would you want to come to our store and pay full price for a washed and worn shirt when you could buy the same one that was new? We are very easy going and will take back or exchange as long as the item is in the same condition as purchased so we can then re-sell it. But we love our customers and always go way up and above to give the best customer service on a daily basis!
