Woody's Woodfired Pizza

Woody's Woodfired Pizza is located in the small city of Golden, CO. Upon entering the establishment, we were immediately seated and we ordered 2 custom made pizzas made fresh out of their wood fired oven. The pizzas had that smokey taste that severely enhanced the taste and I thought the prices weren't all that unreasonable. My only complaint with this place was that the only sizes that they had for pizzas were "Large" and "Individual." I had hoped that they had "Medium" as it was very difficult for 3 people to finish 2 large pizzas but aside from that, I thought the service was good and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant, not just because of their pizzas, but also because of the ambiance of the restaurant. It is a perfect fit nested inside a small city like Golden, CO. more

This is some of the best pizza ever! They cook it in this huge wood stove so it gets smoky flavoring. Slices are really cheap and they will make any kind you want even if you are only going to eat one slice of it. Good been and good atmosphere too. More of a bar than a family style restaurant. more
