I thought before today that WoodHouse Day Spa was the absolute best in Nashville! My actual massage was great, however the customer service from the manager was absolutely HORRIB...

I brought my wife here as a surprise for our Anniversary. We did the all day couples package and it was great! The girls at the front desk were very helpful in my planning and were ready to help set up the champagne and snacks that I brought in. We had nice robes to relax in before our massages and they offered hot tea (my wife loved it). I didn't think I would really enjoy a facial or pedicure but I was impressed, I was so relaxed and liked that we were able to sit together for the pedicures. We will definitely be going back! Highly recommend for a day of luxury more

I had the most amazing spa experience! I scheduled a pedicure for my first visit, and didn't know what to expect but was totally amazed by the quality. I had a 50 minute pedicure and it was so relaxing I can't imagine going anywhere else after that. You get your own private room so you don't hear other people talking on their cell phones or to eachother and no heavy odors. Very wonderful experience! I highly recommend Heather for nails, perfect polish job and very professional! more

Overpriced and not worth it! Worst spa experience. I went and spent the $85 to get their most expensive pedicure for 80 min. The first 27 min was me sitting with my feet in the foot bath waiting for the gal to come back to the room after leaving to come back ""in a few minutes."" I took my Kindle to read since this was my day to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. I never got that. She was constantly talking, asking me questions of what I do, how I stay in shape, what I eat for breakfast, etc. I was there to relax and read, not be friends with you!! After she was done, she took me back to the relaxation room, put my water down and said ""have a seat"" and left. i never saw her again. She never said it was nice meeting you, thank you, etc. I will NEVER go back and be sure to inform others. My office is in the same complex and I'll be sure to tell my coworkers to spend their hard-earned paychecks elsewhere. I've had a better pedicure at a regular nail salon for more than half that price! more

I got a mani-pedi here and really enjoyed my experience. It was so relaxing and Melissa did a great job perfecting my nails. The atmosphere was tranquil and quiet, and I loved the tea offered before the service. You feel taken care of here, I recommend this day spa! more

I almost fell asleep during my Minkyti facial. They give you tea and make you feel at home before and after the service! A+! I love the Wood House! They have a wonderful staff and the services are fantastic. more

Don't always get what you paid for 9/23/2011

I have been going to Woodhouse for 2 years to get a massage. If I schedule in advance and can get an appointment with Pete its fine. On several occasions, when I called week of for an appointment and received a "massage" from someone else I felt that what i received was a back rub not a massage, not even close. Unfortunately when I commented to the person at the front desk I was brushed off. Only get a massage here if you can get an appointment with Pete. Otherwise you are wasting your time and money and will feel anything but relaxed when you walk out. more

Unrelaxing by the end! 9/3/2011

I thought before today that WoodHouse Day Spa was the absolute best in Nashville! My actual massage was great, however the customer service from the manager was absolutely HORRIBLE! She was so rude and made me wait more than 30 minutes to check out. I believe her name is Michelle, just beware! If you are running late by about 3 minutes (like I did) she will call you and say "the clock starts ticking now, we will see you when you get here!" For a $125 massage, you would think that she would be just a little nicer. I am not a person who complains a lot, but she made a relaxing afternoon to a very stressful evening for myself and my guest that i brought there. I did talk to the owner, although she was much nicer to me, I felt as though she defended Michelle's poor customer service by saying " she has worked a lot lately and never has time to take her lunch." Also, informed me that she was super short staffed! That is NOT your customer's fault!! I will NEVER go back! If you decide more

Wonderful Experience 7/12/2010

I was recently visiting family in Tennessee & my daughter-in-law gave me a gift certificate to The Woodhouse Day Spa. The staff treats you like you've been coming there for years. You immediately feel relaxed upon entering their establishment. They completely pamper you & don't rush you in & out - they let you take your time before & after your treatment. I had a 50 minute neck, back & shoulder massage & it was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely go again when I visit my family. more

I loved facials by Rene. When i went to make my next appointment II was told she was gone and had moved back to Seattle by the Woodhouse staff. I found her, she is in Nashville at Woo's Skincare in Green Hills. more
