I thought before today that WoodHouse Day Spa was the absolute best in Nashville! My actual massage was great, however the customer service from the manager was absolutely HORRIBLE! She was so rude and made me wait more than 30 minutes to check out. I believe her name is Michelle, just beware! If you are running late by about 3 minutes (like I did) she will call you and say "the clock starts ticking now, we will see you when you get here!" For a $125 massage, you would think that she would be just a little nicer. I am not a person who complains a lot, but she made a relaxing afternoon to a very stressful evening for myself and my guest that i brought there. I did talk to the owner, although she was much nicer to me, I felt as though she defended Michelle's poor customer service by saying " she has worked a lot lately and never has time to take her lunch." Also, informed me that she was super short staffed! That is NOT your customer's fault!! I will NEVER go back! If you decide
