My experience with Selah collection in woodfield mall was horrible. I got an expensive ladies handbag and was not given receipt; they told me that they are out of papers; what a silly reason (I found on my successive visits that they never issued receipts to anyone). I didnt quite like the handbag and went back to return after 2 days; carrying it (they hadnt packed it either). They told me that you cant return mechandise. You can exchange it though. I went back again to exchange after two days.. to exchange the handbag this time.. Now i was told in most rude behavior that we saw you carrying the other day (when i had come to return it) and cant exchange used mercahndise.. what the hell.. i trying to explain everything.. but they were so rude that i couldnt talk much.. i recommend everyone to go to big malls like macy's etc in woodfield mall.. but never to these minnows.. i dont have words how disgusted i am with this.. I got cheated out of $45 at Woodfield Mall on an Ellington Messenger bag which they overinflated the price and then had a "sale". When I got home I checked the bag online. I paid more for the "sale" price than the original price listed for the bag online. Pros: Lots of pretty girls shop there. Cons: Everything else. more

If you like long lines and super prices, this place is for you........ Otherwise stay away, everyone says how great it is, but in all reality smaller malls have all the same things and are more accessable and less crowded. Pros: Tons of stores Cons: overcrowded, long lines, rude people more

You'll get what you expect from this mall. It's very nice, has all the great stores, and good places to eat. Getting in and out is horrible - especially during holidays and weekends. Plan to be there when the doors open and you'll be much better off. Pros: great store selection, nice and big Cons: crowded, difficult to get to more

You never leave this mall empty handed! There is always something for everyone. It's my favorite place to go, and a must if you want to check out the scenery or even find something that's new and fun. There is a wonderful variety of people, most of which that are upscale and friendly. There are stores such as Forever 21, Luminations, and Guess that make the experience all the more fun! The seasonal stores are excellent also, you can find anything that you need Even though this mall is farther away than some, I go out of my way just for the atmosphere and the fun shops. This is a safe mall and very clean, I would recomend this to anyone who just wants to have a nice busy day of shopping. Pros: Good Parking, Variety of Stores, Rich Atmosphere! I go to Woodfield all the time for things. They have such a huge variety that I know I can always find something that I'll like there. Although if you just need to get something quick and go, this definitely isn't the place to go. This mall is so huge that if you park in the wrong spot it could take you quite sometime to get to the store you need. Be sure to wear your walking shoes, I've gotten a couple of blisters walking in sandals. If you need something quickly there are plenty of smaller stores around the area. Please. This mall is SOOO overrated. Every Christmas, someone talks me into going out to Woodfield. Every Christmas I regret it. It's a big mall. But it's still just a mall, and the stores there don't have all that much selection compared to stores in downtown Chicago. Better than smalltown downtown, but certainly no match for State Street and North Michigan Avenue. If you really LIKE mall shopping, make the trip to the Mall of America.
