My experience with Selah collection in woodfield mall was horrible. I got an expensive ladies handbag and was not given receipt; they told me that they are out of papers; what a silly reason (I found on my successive visits that they never issued receipts to anyone). I didnt quite like the handbag and went back to return after 2 days; carrying it (they hadnt packed it either). They told me that you cant return mechandise. You can exchange it though. I went back again to exchange after two days.. to exchange the handbag this time.. Now i was told in most rude behavior that we saw you carrying the other day (when i had come to return it) and cant exchange used mercahndise.. what the hell.. i trying to explain everything.. but they were so rude that i couldnt talk much.. i recommend everyone to go to big malls like macy's etc in woodfield mall.. but never to these minnows.. i dont have words how disgusted i am with this..
