Please. This mall is SOOO overrated. Every Christmas, someone talks me into going out to Woodfield. Every Christmas I regret it. It's a big mall. But it's still just a mall, and the stores there don't have all that much selection compared to stores in downtown Chicago. Better than smalltown downtown, but certainly no match for State Street and North Michigan Avenue. If you really LIKE mall shopping, make the trip to the Mall of America.
Pros: enclosed, lots of parking
Cons: selection mediocre, poor public transit, bad traffic
