Went in for free cleaning under my insurance plan and they refused to clean my teeth, stating I had to dish out $700 for deep cleaning under my gums. I had no $ but they were quick to have me approved for financing within 5 minutes. So I took the bait and sat in the chair for two 3 hour sessions.....25 shots of novocaine and my teeth looked the same as when I walked in. Now I'm paying off the debt. Didn't know that a dentist could refuse to clean your teeth with insurance that pays for it. My wife had three root canals within 2 months. They maxed out her insurance and now her molar is turning black and she is in constant pain. They maxed out her insurance for the year and now they want $4,000 to fix her teeth...RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR ENTER WITH A LAWYER\r \r ******BEWARE THIS PLACE SCAMS PEOPLE***** more

The dentist is great but the office manager Melissa is lacking professional customer service skills. She was rude, argumentative and abrasive. She seems to have forgotten her role as employee to the paying person - the customer. It's not worth it to deal with her, go elsewhere. It's a shame that all the negative reviews say her name alone! more

Don't go here, go elsewhere. You do not want to deal with Melissa. She is rude, unprofessional and doesn't care that you are the customer and her the employee. They will reschedule your visits constantly, which makes you wonder why they have so many openings?? Probably because if you deal with Melissa, she will call you erratic, laugh at you and then cancel your appointment. The dentist is great but you really don't want to deal with Melissa - trust me!! more

I will not return to this office or recommend anyone with a child to go to this office. I have a 10 year old daughter that is petite ... the doctor must not have been used to working with someone with a small mouth, she continued telling her to open her mouth bbigger so she could go quicker, well news flash, her mouth doesnt open any bigger and then she stopped in the middle of the procedure and told us to go to a pediatric dentist but the the white woman receptionist was extrememly rude and told me that my isurance would not cover her going to that type of dentist like i had bad i nsurance, just very rude and unprofessional ... the black woman receptionsit was nice. But I walked out and called the insurance company and come to find out ... they can approve her to go to a pediatric dentist so little miss rude at the office had NO idea what she was talking about ... just running her mouth! more

RUN, don't walk out the door. I scheduled just a normal exam and cleaning and they wouldn't even clean my teeth!!!! They wanted me to come back and pay $2000 for a deep cleaning. Absolutely ridiculous. I made the biggest mistake of my life and went back and had my wisdom teeth removed. I haven't been able to feel the left side of my jaw for the past six months and that feeling will probably never come back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS more

I believe that the front office personnel should be courteous and professional. When I pointed out an error to one named Melissa, she took offense to it as if I were attacking her personally. The way she treated and talked down to me was humiliating as she made no effort to lower her voice as she spoke down to me in front of others in the waiting room. I was so uncomfortable, that I even went as far as taking my children out of the dental chair and immediately requested a refund and took my children to a much more established office. In my opinion, this place needs some lessons in customer service. more

The dentist/orthodontists are great, but the front office staff is extremely unprofessional and make it difficult fot you to go in and out without demeaning you. The main culprit is the office manager Melissa. Time after time, they have upset me and I will not be going back after the treatment is completed. It is too late for me to switch to a different ortho b/c of my insurance, but if I could, I totally would. more

I've been to these folks several times now...they've done 3 CEREC crowns, cleaned my teeth, and filled a cavity for me. Their office is sparkling clean, the people are nice, nice, NICE, and the equipment and techniques they use are absolutely state-of-the art! As far as I'm concerned, they are the only place to go for dental care. They offer a really great promotion for first-time patients and even have an affordable dental plan you can get on-the-spot if you need it. I just love 'em! more
