Review content:
The dentist is great but the office manager Melissa is lacking professional customer service skills. She was rude, argumentative and abrasive. She seems to have forgotten her role as employee to the paying person - the customer. It's not worth it to deal with her, go elsewhere. It's a shame that all the negative reviews say her name alone!
