too bad there isn't an option to choose less than one star.. one star rating is too high. Living at this place has been the worst experience in my life. It is my mistake that I made a decision live here and I will never do it once again. Here are the reasons why this place sucks: 1. management is so arrogant. You walk in and there are five people there and no one says hi can I help you. 2. The mail gets lost all the time. It happened to me several times where I lost packages and other important mail. I've also seen people complaining for the same problem. 3. They keep changing rooms. They have the right to move/relocate you anywhere in the complex and you can't do anything. 4. I've seen people sell drugs. I've called the management couple times about people doing drugs and smoke weed, but they were like ""sorry we can't do anything. The police has to handle it"" 5. Noise noise noise especially on the weekend and when you're going to bed. 6. The hallways stink. The smell like Utah lake and worse. 7. Whenever you fill a maintenance form, it takes ages to fix the problem. and they end up braking other stuff. 8/ If you decide to sell your contact, you'll have to pay 150 dollars penalty fees. 9. They say that they have the fastest internet in Orem. I've never ever seen slower than their bandwidth. Never believe them. Do a speed test and see yourself. 10. There aren't enough parking spots around the building. You usually end up parking 10 minutes away. In the church parking lot. 11. Car theft. So many times, people broke into cars and stole valuable things. Happen to my friend. He had a convertible and they shredded the top, stole everything inside. 12. In winter, they never clean the sidewalks neither parking lots. 13. Room temperatures, it is either cold or hot. You have no control. 14. The gym lacks so many equipment. Good things there: Nothing Please don't be fooled by the model rooms that they show you. And please don't be fooled by the pictures on their website. These are just pictures of the girls that work their. And once you need something or have a question, they speak to you as if you're not there more

I have lived in a LOT of places over the years and in a lot of states, even after reading all the bad reviews for Parkway (Wolverine) Crossing, I thought I'd give them a try since I was close to school. I lived there for a year and it was the WORST experience out of ALL the places I've been. The management is not there to help you, just so you know. My little bro actually worked on the buildings when they were being built (I didn't know until after I moved in and he found out I was living there)...let's just say they used reaaaaaaaally cheap materials on the place. There aren't enough parking spaces for all the tenants and I ended up parking over a block away in VISITOR numerous times!! The police were ALWAYS there for all the crimes...lots of drugs, lots of burglaries. They don't even pay for security anymore, and the cameras are decoys. Management comes into the apartment pretty much whenever they feel like it. When people are breaking rules or commiting crimes they don't do anything because they want to get their monthly paycheck for the rental spot. We had mice sooooo bad in our apt and they didn't do much about it except put out a few traps!!! They charge for everything they can get you on...lock yourself out and it's $25 just for that!!!! I could go on and on, but honestly it's not worth the time or effort, just really make your decision wisely if you're gonna consider living there, I couldn't wait to leave!!!!!!!!!! Take a look at review all over the internet!! This place is horrible. Take it from someone that know it on the inside!! Ya, believe me I did more that live there, I worked there. You will be led to believe you will love it, but you will not get anything they tell you. illegal substances are the worst problem. 7 Evictions in August 2008 for Heroin!! Ya, this is just the sugar coating. Stop looking into this place and go somewhere else. Good luck, look up the road. Even go and ask people who work in the student life program at UVU, they will tell you it is not worth your money or time!! So, I moved into Parkway Crossing last fall thinking that it would be a great place to live.\r \r I was wrong.\r \r The complex is filled with drgs. My roommate was a dealer and when I approached management about it was told that I could pay $150 to move apartments or $850 to cancel my contract. They haven't done a thing about the drugs...even after being told about it.\r \r Second, these apartments are horribly maintained. They make you pay $100 when you move in so that they can clean the carpets. You'd think that means that you are moving into an apartment where the carpets are cleaned. Think again.\r \r The tenant who lived in my room before me smoked, and the smell was so bad when I moved that it was making me sick. I went to the office and complained and was told that they cleaned the carpets once a year and that it wasn't scheduled to happen until the end of the next summer. I mentioned the smoking, and was told that ""we can't clean the carpets every time someone wants it done.""\r \r I could go on, and on, but I think you get the point. DON'T LIVE HERE. It's awful. The management is horrible. The apartments are dumps. Pros: Price Cons: Everything else more
