I have lived in a LOT of places over the years and in a lot of states, even after reading all the bad reviews for Parkway (Wolverine) Crossing, I thought I'd give them a try since I was close to school. I lived there for a year and it was the WORST experience out of ALL the places I've been. The management is not there to help you, just so you know. My little bro actually worked on the buildings when they were being built (I didn't know until after I moved in and he found out I was living there)...let's just say they used reaaaaaaaally cheap materials on the place. There aren't enough parking spaces for all the tenants and I ended up parking over a block away in VISITOR numerous times!! The police were ALWAYS there for all the crimes...lots of drugs, lots of burglaries. They don't even pay for security anymore, and the cameras are decoys. Management comes into the apartment pretty much whenever they feel like it. When people are breaking rules or commiting crimes they don't do anything because they want to get their monthly paycheck for the rental spot. We had mice sooooo bad in our apt and they didn't do much about it except put out a few traps!!! They charge for everything they can get you on...lock yourself out and it's $25 just for that!!!! I could go on and on, but honestly it's not worth the time or effort, just really make your decision wisely if you're gonna consider living there, I couldn't wait to leave!!!!!!!!!!
