I most recently had WOJo's install a new furnace. Quoting was fast and fair. Everything was explained in detail with all of my questions answered. No high pressure sales pitch. Installers were prompt, friendly and professional. They obviously new what they were doing. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained exaclty what they were doing and why. When the installation was complete they explained exactly how everything worked, and how to operate the system. All very simple. They did a great job of removing the old system and cleaning up after themselves. True top of the line from start to finish. I recommend their services to anyone without hesitation and have already done so. more

I requested installation of air conditioning in my parent's home. Bob came to their home and answered all of their questions. The installation staff and the electrician also were very courteous and addressed any concerns they had regarding installation. The installation went quickly and in the time frame promised. Everything was cleaned up completely and the unit works very well. They truly enjoy the air conditioning on the hot days! I am so appreciative of the professional and timely service.It all exceeded my expectations. Tom Wojciechowski is the owner of Wojo's and is extremely motivated and professional. My experience began with a misunderstanding with a Wojo's salesman and Tom immediately intervened to ensure my needs were met. On a professional level I rate Tom at 5+ stars. I would have loved to have given Wojo's an overall 5 star rating across the board however I cannot for the following reasons. A perfect experience was marred by less than satisfactory beginnings and endings. Bottom line analysis is: The Good- The job was done well, the owner and installers worked hard to satisfy my needs as a customer and the new unit cools great. The price was fair and the work done very well and very promptly. I had a new furnace and air conditioner within days and the job was expedited to make sure we had cooling by the end of a very hot day. The Bad- The experience with the salesman was a potential deal killer. I can accept that it was likely a busy person having a bad day and move on. At the end of the job the only complaint I have is that a new thermostat was installed, with my knowledge and consent, and the programable, digital thermostat that I had previously used was taken and discarded by the installer. When I called Wojo's to find out what happened to my old thermostat I was told the client is always asked if they want to get rid of replaced thermostats. I was not asked. I expected the replaced thermostat to be here when the installers left. I did not like the programing function and talked to the installer expressing my opinion of programable thermostats in general but NEVER expressed any desire to get rid of mine. Apparently the assumption was that because I said I did not like the thermostats program function that I had no plans for it and wanted him to throw it away for me. The bottom line is that I wanted to keep it. more

I appreciate the quick response when my furnace decided to give me problems on April 11, 2011. The honest advice and time the technician and salesman took explaining the different furnaces and answering my questions sure helped in my furnace replacement. The charges were reasonable. The servicemen, two different ones, who handled our problem were courteous, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. One came out on a Sunday and was prompt in his response to our phone call, let us know exactly when he would be there, came as promised and performed well. Unfortunately, although he diagnosed our problem correctly, his adjustment of one part was just a little off. Not a big deal...it happens. Another technician had to come out the next day to fix the problem. My complaint arises with how long it took anyone at the office to get back to me about when someone would be out. I called twice to try and find out. I understand being put at the end of the list as I was being fit in, but the staff at the office didn't have the schedule for some reason and the person who did never did call me back. When I called, about 4pm, to see if someone was actually coming out, the person at the office got hold of someone and told me I was next on the list, although they couldn't say how long that would be. Two hours later, the technician showed up, explained the problem, performed the repair and was on his way. I would use this company again with full confidence that they know what they're doing and charge a reasonable rate. I would only suggest that they coordinate their scheduling better and communicate the information about when service will be provided better to their customers. more

Our heat went out this past Sunday (3/27/11). It was very,very cold in our home. One call to Wojo's and our serviceman "Chuck" was there in no time to fix the problem. We have had other service from Wojo's and found that the technician's are professional and really know what they are doing!! We would reccomend Wojo's to anyone. more

Wojo's Heating/AC & Plumbing is very professional. They came recommended to us by our son. We've had terrible luck with similar companies before, so we were hopeful Wojo's would be good. They were! They showed up on time, were very polite and professional and didn't pressure us at all. They were really nice and cleaned up as they worked. We were extremely happy with the service. more

My furnace quit working, and Wojo's Heating/AC & Plumbing were responsive to my problem. It was getting quite old, and it was necessary that they get out here in a hurry, and they did. They cured the problem, and got my old furnace limping along so the pipes didn't freeze until I could get a new furnace, which I eventually did. more

The day before Christmas Eve, my fuel oil furnace went out. My husband said we should just go out and buy something new, but I wanted to get what we had fixed. He said that if that was the case, he had heard nothing but good news about Wojo's Heating/AC & Plumbing. I called them up, a gentleman came out, and my husband told him about our furnace. He went into the basement with my husband, took a part off the furnace, and said that there was our problem. The fire pit had a huge hole in it. We were lucky it didn't blow! He said the first thing he was going to do was shut it down, and then he was going to put in a new furnace. Withing 24 hours, we had a new furnace, and a new, 500 gallon propane tank. If he hadn't have come and helped us, we might have been killed. Wojo's Heating/AC & Plumbing was absolutely fabulous. I would recommend them to anybody. We used to have a gentleman who took care of our furnace, but he never saw the growing problem with the fire pit. The gentleman from Wojo's said that it must have been growing for about 4 years, and that it could have exploded at any time. Thank God for Wojo's! It was absolutely amazing. I've never been treated so well. They were courteous, fast, explained everything to us, and the next day they were there, bright and early. Really, no words can explain just how fabulous they are. To be honest, they saved our lives. more
