Wojo's Heating & Air Conditioning has excellent customer service. We used them for cleanings before, but we called them when we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioning unit. Everything about the experience was wonderful, from Bob coming to give us the estimate to the installation. They were in and out, and they did a very professional job. They even got me a free upgrade when they did not have the furnace we wanted in stock. They gave me a free upgrade to the next model up since we couldn't wait for the model we wanted to come in because of the cold. The price, even before the upgrade, was very reasonable. They had the new furnace installed inside a day, which was good because it's cold and the old furnace was completely shot. They came and did the air conditioning the next day. I'm looking at getting a new water heater soon, and Wojo's will absolutely be my first call! more

Very satisfied 11/19/2013

Wojo's put in a brand new furnace and also put in a damper system. We had a problem upstairs where it would get too warm upstairs so we'd turn the furnace down but downstairs, it would get too cool. The damper system works great and I can't say enough good things about it. more

Reliable and trustworthy service 11/14/2013

We've been using Wojo's Heating & Air Conditioning for about four years. They have done work for us at our house and also at our rental houses. They recently installed a new furnace for us. We thought the new furnace had a gas leak, and they came right out to look at it. One of the pipes wasn't completely tightened, but they fixed it right away. It was not a problem. We love their salesman Bob. He's one of the reasons we continue to use their service. The people who come to the house to do the work are very friendly and clean up after themselves. They do a good job and communicate clearly with you. My husband knows enough to know if they were giving us a line. I would highly recommend Wojo's Heating & Air Conditioning. They are willing to price match. I got a couple quotes on some work, and another company came in lower. I took the lower bid to Wojo's. I told them if they could match the price, I would prefer to use them. They matched it no problem. I would definitely use them again in the future. more

Very good customer service 1/11/2013

Excellent Service and I would recommend them to anyone! Replaced my furnance and air conditioner. Throughout the installation I was kept informed and everything was done in a timely manner. I was sincerely thanked numerous times for my business. Had a problem with the furnance, but they immediately replaced the part no questions or hassle. Actually received a Thank You card after installation. Will definately continue to do business with them. more

Was OK but wanted $700 more than estimate for water heater on day of install 10/3/2012

Received the estimate for a furnace and water heater installation. I was told the water heater could be installed with the existing exhaust piping. When the day came for the installation, I was told that a water heater with the blower built in was required and that it would be $700 more. Naturally, I was disappointed with this. more

After calling around, I decided to go with WoJos for a new furnace. The cost was right and installation was fast. The team really was helpful from the quote to install. They really care about the customer and work hard to make sure you're satisfied. more

Quick and clean 6/14/2012

I got a new furnace and had A/C installed. The technicians were at my home ahead of schedule and once the job was underway and I saw how messy the basement got during the install, I was convinced I would have cleanup to do. When I arrived home later that afternoon the job, which I was told would take 2 days, was done in one day and there was no sign of them ever having been there, except for my new furnace and A/C. I would HIGHLY recommend Wojo's to all who need new equipment or to just have their existing equipment serviced. more

air conditioner repair 5/23/2012

mark was my sevice tech., he came to the house to service my a/c unit. he was very professional and to the point. Any question that was asked was answered with knowledge and through explanation. I have never had a service tech. treat me as if he knew me for years. These days it's hard to trust people. But I felt that I was given an ohnest answer and explaination of what the problem was. I would and will highly recomend this company to anyone for their needs. more
