I scheduled my appointment on the internet and was able to get in the next day. Work was done as quickly as can be expected and everything was explained well.

Didn't punch my oil change card and didn't do it later when I complained.

Excellent customer service 4/8/2014

Staff is always quick, friendly and never a problem with my cars maintenance. They get it right the first time, and for the most part I am in and out quickly. If I need to wait, the guest waiting area is very comfortable and clean. Always fresh coffee brewing and a very friendly atmosphere. Wouldn't take my car any where else, these folks are great! more

You were timely, you explained the problem well and the problem was fixed. Having a dealer closer to home would be nice, especially if I have a problem where my vehicle should not be driven for a long distance. I currently have over 400 miles to come for service (200 to Salem & 200 to return home). more

This is the first dealership I've been to that wasn't pushy on selling the most expensive car and lie to you about your options. They were very friendly and greet you at your car. They remember your face and help you right away or find someone who can. They know a lot about their cars and can answer every question I ask without having to get back to me. The couches in the quoting room are so.comfortable that waiting 20 minutes for an oil change just flies by. I will definitely be recommending them. more
