I scheduled my appointment on the internet and was able to get in the next day. Work was done as quickly as can be expected and everything was explained well.

Worst

Didn't punch my oil change card and didn't do it later when I complained.

Anytime I have brought my Tuscon in to this dealership, whether it be for an oil change, 30,000 or 60,000 mile maintenance work or whatever needs to be done I have always been treated wonderfully & the work has always been done exceptionally well. more

Excellent Customer Service 9/10/2013

Withnell Hyundai always goes above and beyond. I get emails with coupons for various things such as oil changes, tire rotation, etc. I forgot to print my coupons and bring them along. I have the ability to access the email from my phone and when I showed the email to the Service Manager, he honored the coupon and I saved $50. Great way to provide extra Customer Service! more

Friendly, helpful and timely service 7/12/2013

Car stuck in reverse, couldn't start so had towed to dealership. Discovered problem,warranty item, provided loaner for no charge. Got car back same day. more

I just dropped by because I heard an odd noise which sounded like a tire problem. He found a HUGE washer & screw in one of my tires. Even w/o an appt. I was taken care of very quickly. more

Service Department is nice, Sales folks are rude! 6/20/2013

I dealt with the service team over the phone on multiple occasions and everyone was really nice and helpful and explained things really well. When picking up the car after the service dept closed, the sales folks ignored me and stood around and were just rude and unhelpful. I would only recommend the service department. more
