I scheduled my appointment on the internet and was able to get in the next day. Work was done as quickly as can be expected and everything was explained well.

Worst

Didn't punch my oil change card and didn't do it later when I complained.

Scott Van Weller was very helpful and did not pressure us to buy. The reason we decided to buy was due to very professional, ethical service in the service department. We got a very fair price on our trade-in (2004 Hyundai Tiberon). This was the easiest car transaction we have ever had and we love our new 2012 Hybrid Sonata. This is a wonderful car dealership! The staff were all very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. more

Personnel are prompt and informative. While I don't like having to pay for maintaining my car (who does?!?) I can ask ahead what to expect and they tell me so I'm prepared when I go in. more

IT DOES NOT MATTER IF IT'S LAST MINUTE OR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT,THE PEOPLE IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN THEIR FULL ATTENTION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
