Winslow Facial Plastic Surgery

I first started going to Winslow for Botox when they would have their open house specials. I first met Eric who is wonderful but it became more convenient for me to make appointments with Triste whom I cannot and repeat cannot say enough great things about her. She has always been nice and down to earth and I have never ever gotten the feeling of she is always right if you question about a bill. Actually that review below kind of gets under my skin because, I have been there so many times and I have never ever heard any of the staff talk bad about another person be it co worker or another employee.and I would think like any other behavior it would come through and would surface. So Ludacris.!.! I have now had the pleasure to meet with Dr Winslow and Michelle Once again I can't say enough about their conduct as I had my first Chemical peel and Dr. winslow was warm and caring you can't fake that and Erin was wonderful again today too. The fact of the matter is if you want to be treated fairly and respectful and get the bang for your hard earned money then go there. I have ben to other places here in Indy and there was a reason I left after 6 months I have been going here for years:) All the staff are like friends including the front office. more

I spent three years researching and interviewing facial cosmetic surgeons in the Indianapolis area. Because you only have one face I felt this was something I had to take plenty of time and plenty of soul searching before I decided to have surgery. From the moment I walked into the office I was treated with respect, kindness and concern and professionalism. It was like the staff and Dr. Winslow had known me forever. I was interested in a mini-face/lower face and neck lift. I did not want to alter my appearance just freshen my look. All I could think about was my hanging skin under my chin and neck and hanging jowls. But until I met Dr. Winslow I was never comfortable about letting any of the doctors I had interviewed perform surgery on me. I knew from the moment I met her she was the one. Smart, funny, kind, understanding and a very skilled hand are just a few words that describe her. I had surgery a month ago and could not be happier. I have been told I look 15 years younger! more

As a man, it can be very intimidating to visit a plastic surgeons office. But from the moment I walked through the door I was met with professional, friendly staff who made me feel right at home and comfortable in the setting. I have been a patient now for several years and have felt that the staff always acts in my best interest. I never felt that i was being ""sold"" or that that they would let me leave looking feminine or over done. I have come to trust the professionals at Winslow and it has transformed from a patient relationship to a true friendship with the staff. Run as fast as you can to Winslow. I have been a client for three years. I look great, get a lot of compliments about looking younger. Triste is wonderful, professional with a dash of fun. She comes highly recommended, the credentials to back it up. Sometimes, she tells me no.... Her ,"" no freak"" policy, gives her the right. The staff is kind, respectful, and so not pretentious! Dr. Winslow is ever present. Her very presence makes you feel comfortable. She is approachable and hard working. So if a Spa Treatment, Botox, Fillers, Rhinoplasty, Facelift, etc... this is the place to go if experience and RESULTS are your goal... more

Run far far away from this place!! I bought a facial package last year and the first couple visits were ok, but then my experience was horrible. Every staff member is rude - even the lady doing my facial was talking about her staff in a negative way. This is not the way I wanted to ""relax"" hearing about everything that is wrong with your employers. Upon walking to check out there were three ladies behind the desk talking about how awful a patient was...isn't that a law violation?! The customer is never right in this place only their manager Triste is right, don't even try to question her about your bill. I'm sure I was talked about when I left as well.\r And even after 5 facials, my skin doesn't even look like I had anything done to it! Hopefully, there are better places in Indy out there. more

I have to admit that I was scared because, well, it's your FACE we're talking about, and you are trusting it with someone you don't know and have only read about online. It's not botox or fillers or any of the spa treatments I read about in many reviews. It is SURGERY on my FACE which was a pretty good face, if I say so myself. Pros: null Cons: null more

Ive always had a fun and great experience every time I go. I've told all my friends and family about all the great services. We all go including the men! Even my friends and family who come in from out of town go here. They don't want to look for anyone in there area, they would rather travel back here to go to Winslow's office. more

I recently had a facial and consultation for anti-aging maintenance and had a wonderful experience. I am going back for more. I've had a decade of facials and this one was by far the best. It was nice to be somewhere that didn't push there expensive products on me and only recommended a few things that I could add to my daily routine. I've had past facials done in spas, which is limited on products and procedures they can provide. I was ready to take it to the next level and I am so glad I did. This office came highly recommended to me and they\r far exceeded the rave reviews. I did a lot of research for the best. I drove over 3 hours to have the best injection specialist who is one of the top rated in the country. Triste was wonderful and well worth the trip. I have gone twice now and I will never go anywhere else. She is so professional, yet warm, friendly & very gentle. She was so patient to answer all of my questions. She enjoys her profession and it shows as she takes such pride in what she is able to do. \r My consultation with Dr. Winslow could not have been any better. She spent so much time answering my questions & concerns. She was very informative and up-to-date. I did not feel rushed in any way. \r She has such a nice smile and made me feel so relaxed. I was able to view albums full of photos of her patients before & after surgery. All of the ladies in this lovely office were so kind , thoughtful and helpful in every way. I understand why that poster kept using the word rude - she is a perfect example of rudeness! I had surgery almost 7 months ago and like the poster, met with Dr. Winslow and Terry first and BOTH of them were EXTREMELY helpful. My appointment was only scheduled for 45 minutes and my questions kept me in there for over an hour and half and not once did I feel rushed or not paid attention to! Terry went out of her way after I called her like 1000 times to answer all my questions and she couldn't be nicer about it! I have had botox since and the injector nurse is absolutely one of my favorite people! The office is so friendly - almost family like and I look forward to going there. Go through all the reviews on this page and see that more than the majority of people love this place! Everyone is entitled to their opinion but calling someone names just shows how much class you actually do not have. more

I was scheduled for a consultation with Dr. Winslow and I had to pay a fee which was worthless because I only saw her for 5 minutes. The rest of my consult time was spent with Terri which was the worst experiences of my life. She is in no shape to be consulting women on getting plastic surgery when she looks like a skeleton and could use some procedures herself. She sounded like a car salesman and was very snippy and rude when I had a lot of questions. Which I think having a lot of questions is very important seeing I was ready to put my life and face in Dr. Winslow's hands. My consult started 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and I felt rushed because of the late start. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and then start 20 mintues late? That's not good customer service. While I was sitting in the waiting room I felt very uncomfortable. The front desk was constantly crowded with all of the employees and they were being very loud and talking about there personal life. Which is very rude and unprofessional and I was also wondering is this office not very busy since these ladies have all the time in the world to chat and visit? I also got to see what happens when you do have an appointment with a injector nurse she was very loud and rude and announced in the waiting room that the patient was getting a filler and Botox. Isn't that against the law? I'm glad I got to spend plenty of time with everyone else in the office except Dr. Winslow. She may be a talented surgeon but, the atmosphere and her staff totally ruined any chance of me stepping foot into that office again or recommending it to anyone. I hope she reads this because chances are I'm not the only one who feel this way. more

I went to Dr. Winslow for a consult on having lower blepharoplasty. I had my upper lids done about 5 years ago by a different surgeon. At that time, I consulted him about my lower lids and he advised against it saying I would have pulling down of the lids and would look like a hound dog. \r \r After 5 years of looking at the bags/wrinkles under my eyes, I decided to consult with Dr. Winslow to see if she might be able to help. She examined me and told me that I am a good candidate for the lower lid surgery and that I would not have the pulling down of the lids. I really felt comfortable with her, although the first Dr. had made me nervous.\r \r Needless to say, my results are AMAZING and no lid pulling....just wrinkle and bag free. I am only 1 month pre-op and the full results wont show for a few more months and I am 150% better than before.\r \r I am so glad I consulted with Dr. Winslow, she is very talented and will be my ""go to"" Doctor for any future procedures. I highly recommend her and her staff is wonderful.\r \r VERY PLEASED!! more

After years of sun and a rhinoplasty , i had a red to actually purple nose. For several years I have worked with a number of Doctors and staffs to turn my skin color back to normal with so little success I had grown to just accept it. That is until, Shannon's application of Dr. Winslow's advice worked!! I did not think it was possible and they were able to return my nose to its normal skin tone. I've been going to Winslow Facial Center for many years now and have NEVER had an un-pleasant experience. The staff is always very professional and friendly. Over the years, I've had my upper and lower eye lids done, facials, peels, and recently had rhinoplasty done. I will not go anywhere else!! Winslow is TOP NOTCH! I suppose that for some people being called ""Honey or Sweetie"" and greated with a hug is not what you expect from a Doctors office, not me. That's one of the many reasons I love this office. I can't tell you how much I look forward to my visits. Dr. Winslow took 15 years off my face and you can't even find the scars. Tristy is such an expert with a needle it is an artform. I have visited both Shannon and Sonya for great skin care. I cant ask for more from the people I trust with my face. more
