I understand why that poster kept using the word rude - she is a perfect example of rudeness! I had surgery almost 7 months ago and like the poster, met with Dr. Winslow and Terry first and BOTH of them were EXTREMELY helpful. My appointment was only scheduled for 45 minutes and my questions kept me in there for over an hour and half and not once did I feel rushed or not paid attention to! Terry went out of her way after I called her like 1000 times to answer all my questions and she couldn't be nicer about it! I have had botox since and the injector nurse is absolutely one of my favorite people! The office is so friendly - almost family like and I look forward to going there. Go through all the reviews on this page and see that more than the majority of people love this place! Everyone is entitled to their opinion but calling someone names just shows how much class you actually do not have.
