Run far far away from this place!! I bought a facial package last year and the first couple visits were ok, but then my experience was horrible. Every staff member is rude - even the lady doing my facial was talking about her staff in a negative way. This is not the way I wanted to ""relax"" hearing about everything that is wrong with your employers. Upon walking to check out there were three ladies behind the desk talking about how awful a patient was...isn't that a law violation?! The customer is never right in this place only their manager Triste is right, don't even try to question her about your bill. I'm sure I was talked about when I left as well.\r
And even after 5 facials, my skin doesn't even look like I had anything done to it! Hopefully, there are better places in Indy out there.
