I've been to the Glenway location for both glasses and contacts, and the doctors and staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable & helpful, but most importantly patient. Took me forever to learn to put my contacts in, and took me twice as long to decide on frames for my glasses - they didn't rush me in either case. I'd recommend this office to anyone!\r more

As a manager I noticed a lot of good things normally get overlooked. And I just wanted to recognize one of your employees name Rodney.. I went to the store today thinking that my broken glass would take about a week to fix and I would be without glasses for that time. However even though my glasses were beyond repair Ronnie was able to salvage my glasses so they wearable for the next week until a replacement pair could be ordered and shipped. The few times I've been in that store Rodney has always gone the extra mile to take care of me. He is a great asset to your company, who always has his focus on the customer. Thank you more

Wing Eye Care - Glenway 10/14/2011

I made an appointment via the website for my daughter. The appointment was scheduled for 6:45pm on a Friday evening. When we got there, they had closed @ 6pm! Why would the website allow one to schedule an appointment for a time the store is not open?! Have a Groupon so unfortunately. I have to go back but I will probably get eye exam elsewhere (time permitting). more

Good Service Bad Price 8/25/2011

Their service is okay, very friendly staff members and what have you. However, whatever you do, do not order your contact lenses through Wing. I paid over twice as much here than on Walgreens (who also has free shipping) and Wing would not match the price because it was a ""promotion"" -- Walgreens offers 25% off their already-lower prices about six months out of the year. Bottom line, its okay to get your eyes checked here, but if you're into saving money these people are not on your team. more
