As a manager I noticed a lot of good things normally get overlooked. And I just wanted to recognize one of your employees name Rodney.. I went to the store today thinking that my broken glass would take about a week to fix and I would be without glasses for that time. However even though my glasses were beyond repair Ronnie was able to salvage my glasses so they wearable for the next week until a replacement pair could be ordered and shipped. The few times I've been in that store Rodney has always gone the extra mile to take care of me. He is a great asset to your company, who always has his focus on the customer. Thank you
