We were very pleased with the final product! 10/7/2011

When we finally got our vehicle back the repairs were excellent. The length of time from dropping our vehicle off to when it was complete was Much longer than expected. I understand more damage was found after the initial repair was started, but we did not receive a call informing us of more damage until 2 weeks into the repair. The total time our vehicle was there was 1 month, which seemed a Very long time. Also, we did not recieve any updates as to how long the repair should take. If we had not had another vehicle to help juggle 3 drivers, this would have been a Very costly inconvenience. With that said, Windsor Collision produces an Excellent finished product but more communication would help the costumer's piece of mind during the process. more

High quality, family owned friendly autobody repair shop. 10/2/2011

I recently had the need for an autobody repair shop. I asked my friends at Pikes for a recommendation and they told me the only autobody shop they recommend is Windsor Collision. From the time I set foot in the shop, I had a good feeling about the owner and his place of business. The damage to my car did not seem serious when you looked at my car, but when Daves techniians went to work they uncovered unforseen damage which doubled the insurance company's estimate. Kira handled it all from that point dealing with the damage appraiser and the insurance company. This only delayed the completion of my car repairs by one day. All this was accomplished with no pain to me. The rental car agency on site was also a plus. The quality of the repair was excellent. All and all, Windsor Collision are very good people to eal with. more

These guys exemplify the term SERVICE. Their work on my Kia was beautiful and they finished a day early. They kept me informed of progress, and were just wonderful to work with. I'll be recommending them to every one I know. more

I'm very happy with the work Windsor Collision did for me. I took my truck in for an estimate. Over the years, it had gotten a lot of dents and scratches from regular use, plus when my daughter comes home for summers she always manages to add a few herself! They walked me around the truck and we discussed what I wanted fixed. It was very professional and I appreciated that they took the time to do that with me. There were dents in the lower portion and on the rear fender well, and small scratches and dents in the bend and body of the truck. I think it was a good decision to go there. My truck looks great, they did a really good and professional job on it. They are very nice people who do good work! I've already started telling people about them! Jack Fields more

excellent service and price! 7/25/2011

I took my Equinox in for a dent repair on the back. Their quote was $200 less than their competitors in Ft Collins for the same work! They were able to fix it for much less! The result is a "new"car! They also fixed it much faster! They only had my car for half a day. Their competitors were going to keep it for 2 days minimum! They have a loyal return customer! more

Very satisfied with work done 7/19/2011

My only negative comment is that I got an estimate from two different guys behind the counter for this job that matched ($500) the computer was $700. I knew what I was going to pay before I came in so I have no complaint. Either quit giving verbal estimates or have them match the computer. more

Everything was excellent with Windsor Collision. I had gotten a quote from someone else for insurance purposes. Someone I know had gone to Windsor Collision before, so I went to them too, and I found them to be very knowledgeable and informative. Their quote matched the other quote I received, so I decided to go with them. They got a rent-a-car for me, and when I dropped the car off the rental was already there for me. They were very professional. They were also very accommodating any time I had a question. I appreciated everything they did, and I would definitely recommend them. more

If you want your vehicle as perfect as it was when it left the dealer, this would be the place to go. 4/11/2011

Windsor Collision has worked on front end damage to an old Acadia, fixed some dents and scratches on a GMC pickup, and did some additional work to another one-ton GMC pickup. It was very good. Normally, when Dave gives a time frame it is within a day or so to being complete. I appreciate that. The work they do looks very good. more

Excellent experience 2/16/2011

Quality of work is fantastic - excellent attention to detail. Original estimate was pretty close to final cost. Estimate of completion date got pushed back a couple of times, but this was due at least in part to issues getting the correct parts for the car. more
