The time taken to complete the whole process of getting my vehicle in and parts ordered and repair work done was much more than could have been expected. They completed the job in a more than excellent manner. Being able to rent a Hertz car at their location was another bonus. more

My compliments to the outstanding service. I didn't expect a full detail of the pickup as well and it was a collection of 5 months of farm work, so very dirty. The steering wheel is so clean I can barely grip it tight enough. That's clean! The pickup looks like new and I am sure the invenstment will pay off when it's time to trade as the mileage will not be low. People even asked me if my pickup was new when I had all my dents and bruises, so I imagine they will definitely be asking if it is new now. It looks it and has over 120,000 miles. Runs fantastic too. The people were great to deal with as well, including my first visit when I was under the gun to get the door repositioned so I could get it open and closed and get to the farm in time for a scheduled school trip. They took care of me immediately and teachers and kindergarteners didn't have to "anxiously wait" on me. I even rushed so fast, I had to return the next day to pay as I walked right out. It's one of the wonderful things of a small town - you are still trusted even when you do stupid human tricks. Thanks to everyone at Windsor Auto Collision for taking such good care of my pickup (and me). I appologized for not getting to this sooner, but I had company through Thanksgiving. when car was complete I picked it up and noticed that the door/s that were fixed had sand or something in the finish. Even tho they sent it out as complete like this they did offer to buff it at a later date. A little inconvienent but acceptable. more
