Review content:
When we finally got our vehicle back the repairs were excellent. The length of time from dropping our vehicle off to when it was complete was Much longer than expected. I understand more damage was found after the initial repair was started, but we did not receive a call informing us of more damage until 2 weeks into the repair. The total time our vehicle was there was 1 month, which seemed a Very long time. Also, we did not recieve any updates as to how long the repair should take. If we had not had another vehicle to help juggle 3 drivers, this would have been a Very costly inconvenience.
With that said, Windsor Collision produces an Excellent finished product but more communication would help the costumer's piece of mind during the process.
