I am writing to tell you that after 3+ years I remain 100% satisfied with my windows. They have eliminated cold drafts in the winter, reduced outside noise and given me free time in the summer due to their maintenance free materials. Dear Tony, Enclosed please find the final payment for my windows and siding project with Windowland. The work was completed today; and might I add, a day ahead of the estimated time. My home is beautiful, the color yellow Dave helped us choose is perfect. I was at home when the windows were installed and was pleasantly surprised at the absence of disruption and heat loss. I wouldn't hesitate to glowingly recommend Windowland to anyone with similar project needs. Equally positive as the end result has been the performance of your installers (one whose name is Alex, and the other whose name I didn't get - but they are both from Belarus). I can't sing enough praises for them. They arrived ahead of time each morning, were fully involved in their work by Sam, and left the site immaculate at the end of each day. They worked in the very cold temperatures and even worked in the rain yesterday. They were knowledgeable, helping us sort out an issue or two we hadn't anticipated; pleasant and courteous to everyone, and didn't hesitate to consult us whenever there was a question. Their work was quick, thorough, precise and fine quality. Sadly, this work ethic isn't common in our country's service-related industries. Dear Mr. Knipe and Associates: The shutters were installed on Friday, January 30,2010 and we are very please with them. As we had indicated, even though they are the same color as the panel shutters, they look lighter and we feel, look better on the house. We realize that it was probably unique, and we truly appreciate your willingness to go out of your way to satisfy the customer. Paul Whittaker 7 Pell Mell Drive Bethel, CT Jan 19, 2005 This letter is for any prospective Window Land clients. HOUSE: 4 bedroom colonial with 25 windows built in 1970. HEAT: Average annual oil use is 1200 gal per year. With new windows, oil use is now down to 800 gal per year. My estimate for the windows to pay for themselves is somewhere between 5 and 6 years just with the savings of oil. They also save electricity with the air conditioners in the summer. I have never had a contractor that did a better job than Windowland. All 25 windows were replaced in a two (2) day period with no disruption or mess created in the house. Being a little bit of a do-it-yourselfer around the house I couldn't believe how the workers made that job look so easy. If you really want a good job done then use Windowland. more
