Dear Mr. Knipe and Associates:
The shutters were installed on Friday, January 30,2010 and we are very please with them. As we had indicated, even though they are the same color as the panel shutters, they look lighter and we feel, look better on the house.
My wife and I want to thank you and all those involved in this matter for your patience, understanding, and cooperation. We realize that it was probably unique, and we truly appreciate your willingness to go out of your way to satisfy the customer.
Jim, as we have indicated to you, Windowland is a wonderful company to work with; as the resolution of this issue demonstrates. In addition, the workmanship is outstanding and your willingness to work with and to help the customer be completely happy with the finished product is exceptional.
We will be, and have already in some cases, be very happy to recommend Windowland to friends who may be considering windows, siding, etc.
