Winchester Veterinary Clinic

Had it not been for the Winchester Veterinary Clinic, we would have lost our puppy to parvo. Recently, along with our in-laws, we adopted 3 Border Collie puppies from the pound. The in-laws puppy was dead a day later. Originally, we thought it was kennel cough so we delayed acting, but their vet determined it was parvo after the death. Before we could react, one of our puppies started showing signs soon after this happened. We went to a different vet office (not the Winchester Veterinary Clinic) and though we begun treatment, it was too late and that puppy died. The 3rd puppy began showing signs and we were able to get her to the Winchester Veterinary Clinic very quickly. Someone actually stayed late and made sure they were able to take our puppy in for care. Long story short, had it not been for the quick acting, compassionate attitude and extremely knowledgeable doctors, we would have lost our third puppy. Instead, she is vibrant and full of life and we owe 100% of that to the Winchester Veterinary Clinic. Though we know we can't say it enough, but thank you! more

My experiences have been absolutely AWESOME. We moved to Canal Winchester from Virginia 6 years ago. We started going to the clinic right after we moved to the area; my pet at that time was a 10 year old poodle. They always showed our dog the love and attention he needed. When he had his last stroke about a year ago, the staff at the Clinic not only helped him through his last days but they also helped us. When our dog passed they helped us through the pain...They took care of him with the same love and respect that they showed him while he was living. They even gave us little things to help remember him by. Now that we have our new dog, I feel the same....I cannot imagine going to anyone else. more

We boarded our dog there & when we went to pick him up they told us that he didn't eat the last 4 days. When asked why no one called us they told us that they were going to call that day but we were picking him up so they didn't bother. They kept giving us the run around about it & when we asked to talk to someone higher they said we would have to talk to the owner and she would call the next day. They said to pay for the vet expenses & when we talk to the owner she could maybe do something about the boarding fees.\r Here we are 6 weeks out and 6 phone calls by us later & still no calls back. Finally today we called again today & again talked to the manager who blamed US for the dog not eating and said WE refused to pay the bill when it was in fact her suggestion to pay for only the vet fees. And again said we could only talk to the owner about this but that she wasn't in & they couldn't tell us when we could call there to talk to her or if they could reach her for us. In short ho more
