Who knew I was a pearl girl?!!! I didn't until I happened upon Susan at Williams Jewelers. I left the store with a fabulous strand of pearls and a coordinating pair of earrings. I thought I wanted a plain pair of pearl studs but she showed me a beautiful pair of Lagos drop earrings with pearls and once they were on my ears, I knew they were mine. Love, love, love this store! Great people, great selection and I will be back. more

I have been a customer here for years and I can't imagine shopping anywhere else. Williams Jewelers is where my husband and I got our wedding bands, our anniversary bands and everything in between. They are the most courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable staff and I never feel pressured or left alone. It is a family run operation and they make you feel as if you are a member of the family when you are there too. I really can't say enough great things. But don't just take my work for it - go see for yourself! more

Upon enetering the store, I dealt with Russ and then was introduced to Steve Williams (part owner of WIlliams Jewelers) I was buying what could be a potentially expensive diamond ring (6.11) carat and Steve was tthe rudest person of them all. He's got the worst attitude that I have ever experienced from a jeweler and the worst people skills I have ever seen. I would NEVER refer anyone to this Jeweler and I would highly recommend shopping else where. The salesman, Russ was awesome in customer service, but becase of who he works for, I would NEVER do business with them again! I'm sure people reading this have seen the movie ""Pretty Woman"" and the scene where Julia Roberts walks into a high end store looking to buy some clothes but is refused service and then later comes back with two arm full of shopping bags and tells them ""BIG MISTAKE"". Thats exactly the situation. more

I have been a customer of William's Jewelers since Dec 2010 ever since I bought my wife's engagement ring. Russ was the person who helped me throughout the process - showing me their selection of diamonds and helping me to get the best price as possible. He was very good at being responsive to emails going back and forth and every time I go into the store, everyone is very nice (especially those dogs!) When I finally got engaged, my wife and I went to shop for wedding bands at their store also. We decided to stick with William's and not go anywhere else due to their customer service and we are glad to say that we made the right decision. Russ showed the same great service to us when we were choosing our wedding bands as he did when I was looking for the engagement ring. We love William's!!!!! more

I am one of multiple people from my family who continues to shop and is always helped by the pros and experts at Williams. Being that we are extremely particular (and very into fine jewelry) Williams has never disappointed in what they offer, and more important, the personal service and time they take to help us find the right piece. Most recent, they helped (with a world renown jewelry designer) design a new wedding band to celebrate 10 years of marriage. Though the designs were stellar, it still was not quite what we sought. Greta (who held our hand during the process) offered a tremendous suggestion that not only pleased me, but more important my wife. We are fortunate enough to live in a part of the country that has all the ""who's who"" of jewelry and jewelry design just minutes from our doorstep...yet we continue to come back to Englewood to find the right piece, for the right occasion, from the best people in the business, for the best price. I went to William's Jewelers several years ago for them to service my Rolex. I had the wonderful fortune of being assisted by Nicole at their Englewood location. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Her follow through was exceptional to the point that when she called it was like I was talking to a friend. You can buy jewelery in any store located anywhere in the world. But how many stores have Exceptional Excellent Good Customer Service? Staff are friendly and address their customer by name - they remember your name, they make you special /important and they provide Excellent Customer Service all the time. They do all they can to exceed customer expectations.... I normally stay away from dogs, but their dogs are good dogs that I am okay to have them around (This is just amazing how this works out). I personally just love this store, and I would rate Williams Jewelers 6-stars. A jewelery store that you don't want to miss. more

I was in Williams Jewelers last October and was very impressed with the store and the selection. Nicole cleans & repairs jewelery, and she cleaned my rings and ck'd them over, they looked like new. The people who work there are wonderful and helpful. They also have two dogs that greet you, that are awesome. more

I had a very nice experiance looking for my 15TH wedding anniversary present, the door greaters were two beautiful Austrailian shepards,everyone went out of their way ,while we were there they cleaned our jewelery, offered us coffee,they showed us the whole store and the Rolex watch selection was very impressive,I own a Rolex and I had them tune it up,I would recomend them very highly. more

Watches have always been one of my favorite items to not only own, but also to give as gifts. I looked for a Rolex dealer in the Denver area and found a few to select from. I ended my search once I arrived at Williams Jewelers. They have an outstanding selection of Rolex watches! I think they may have had the best selection I had seen in town. I also found the sales associate superior as far as knowledge about the product. I have done my homework prior to shopping and consider myself somewhat of an expert!. They were able to impress me with things I did not know! I found the pricing comparible and made my selection. My wife is very happy with the watch I have chosen for her! I could not have done it without the help of Williams Jewelers! I highly reccomend them! The also appear to have a fantastic selection of all other type of jewelry and diamonds if thats what you are searching for! This is a definite shop to see! more

Our experience at Williams Jewelers has been fantastic. Shaina Williams and staff have been beyond helpful in helping us select our bridal jewelry. I provided absolutely no input to Ryan (my husband-to-be) on my engagement ring, so Shaina used her knowledge and expertise to guide him through his decision and educate him on various cuts, clarity, and colors. I am definitely thankful for that, because the ring Ryan surprised me with was perfect! We returned to Williams Jewelers several months later to select our wedding bands. While Ryan chose the perfect band quickly, it took me a couple of trips and trying on lots of bands to make the final decision. The staff was very helpful and took their time to help select the perfect band to compliment the engagement ring. Williams Jewelers also did a beautiful job engraving the insides of our bands for our wedding day. Thank you, Williams Jewelers, for making this time in our lives extra special. It's great to have a jeweler that knows us. My husband and I purchased our wedding rings from Shaina about 4 years ago and have been loyal customers ever since. The service is outstanding and quality of the product speaks for itself. I get compliments on my wedding ring all the time! My set includes a larger center stone, with about 50 pave diamonds on the outside and band. I have never once had one of these tiny stones fall out. We were so happy with our set, we went back for our anniversary and had them make a custom band with more pave diamonds. more

I stopped in to WIlliams Jewelers after a bad experience at a well known chain store. I had heard great things about the family owned store and their exceptional customer service. I am SO glad I went. Their personal approach to service is refreshing. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect piece and that it was exactly what I was looking for (a custom ring after the birth of my first daughter).
