I stopped in to WIlliams Jewelers after a bad experience at a well known chain store. I had heard great things about the family owned store and their exceptional customer service. I am SO glad I went. Their personal approach to service is refreshing. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect piece and that it was exactly what I was looking for (a custom ring after the birth of my first daughter). And I loved their one-of-a-kind selection of high-fashion pieces. Great jeweler, worth checking out. They have me as a customer for life.
