Businiess name:  Williams Jewelers of Englewood

Review content:
Upon enetering the store, I dealt with Russ and then was introduced to Steve Williams (part owner of WIlliams Jewelers) I was buying what could be a potentially expensive diamond ring (6.11) carat and Steve was tthe rudest person of them all. He's got the worst attitude that I have ever experienced from a jeweler and the worst people skills I have ever seen. I would NEVER refer anyone to this Jeweler and I would highly recommend shopping else where. The salesman, Russ was awesome in customer service, but becase of who he works for, I would NEVER do business with them again! I'm sure people reading this have seen the movie ""Pretty Woman"" and the scene where Julia Roberts walks into a high end store looking to buy some clothes but is refused service and then later comes back with two arm full of shopping bags and tells them ""BIG MISTAKE"". Thats exactly the situation.
