Unfortunately I have to NOT raise the STAR count .. I have frequented this “estate “ for 18 years .. lived in it for 8 & the rent .. rightly so .. rises & accommodations & Services continually deteriorate .. sad .. beautiful oasis .. in the midst of old VanNuys & Gangs .. but worth the penny if ..3 pools always cold & fruit trees .. no loner available for tenants ... & cat aroma from the feral & pet wanderers are for you with on going plumbing problems flooding & blocking often .. check this place out ....... I still love my little home here ..btw more

I usually never rate or review anything but I must say that I love my new place. I moved here about 8months ago & yajeira (yaya) is amazing. She made this entire transition easy for us from the moment we met her till this day. Wen we first moved in we had an issue with some "noisy & obnoxious" neighbors, at first we said nothing but time was passing and the problems kept esclating, we decided that enough was enough and informed yaya, she said immediately that she would handle it. About 2 days later the issues were gone! The neighbors that were once "obnoxious" came to our door to apologize and never had a problem since, this was 7 months ago! This women means business. The owner is fortunate to have her supervise the entire operation. I would strongly recommend this community, aside from the beautiful views, there is an amazing staff behind it. more

The landlord does want only your money and he'll do everything to keep you in his super-old-fart Susanville, price is fair yet incomplete, other charges apply like.."batteries sold separately" or that the orchard just looks good on advertisements. Furthermore everything is mickey moused, touched up, cramped, poorly planned yet somewhat liveable if you're retired or retarded or just plain old sick - archaically ancient yet maintained.. location is bearable, neighbors are not so much.. lots of drama and lawsuits - should be a reality show. Insidious landlord will rip your pocket for a nickel, one star however goes to him for being awake to the modern day world arena. Thumbs up for Gary and Tom the real heroes who make it all happen and pleasant to live - they're the real deal, real people. more

And that star would just be for the manager. Melisa always goes above and beyond to do what she can to resolve issues. Landlord just wants your money. more
