Furthermore everything is mickey moused, touched up, cramped, poorly planned yet somewhat liveable if you're retired or retarded or just plain old sick - archaically ancient yet maintained.. location is bearable, neighbors are not so much.. lots of drama and lawsuits - should be a reality show. Insidious landlord will rip your pocket for a nickel, one star however goes to him for being awake to the modern day world arena.
