Although it may have only taken a few minutes to fix your problem, the price of gas(travel time) and truck upkeep are all factored into the service call price. Excellant customer service!! They came out and did a wonderful job fixing my furnice. The service man was very polite and made certain to thoroughly clean the area.\r \r The previous poster should take into account that most service companies charge a one hour minimum for all service calls. It is pretty much industry standard any more. \r \r I give this company an A+ for a job well done!! more

I made a HUGE mistake taking a recommendation for this company. While I went through the proper channels of scheduling an appointment and making sure to use a local company who wouldn't have to travel but a couple miles during regular business hours to my place, I was still WAY overcharged. I work an hour away from my house, so I left my wife a check to be filled out when the plumber was done. She sent me a message stating the plumber stated ""this was an easy fix"" and literally only took him 5 minutes to do and a $9 part. She was still presented with a 90 dollar bill for services rendered. Like a good little consumer who was never disclosed the prices of services at the time I scheduled the appointment (sure I know I should have asked, but I didn't think they would charge me 80 dollars an hour to fix a leak in a toilet), I paid the bill. I also called the company and complained to the person and I was rudely informed, ""I don't care if he worked 5 minutes or 55 minutes, you will be charged for the whole hour."" In which I promptly replied, ""then I will never be using your services again."" Which shortly was followed by, ""OK then I won't even put you in the computer then."" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY because they do not care about customers and only ripping you off. more

We received excellent and speedy service from the crew at Wilbur Henry Plumbing and Heating. Waking up one morning I quickly realized that I had no water. Wilbur's crew came later that same day and did an excellent job of installing a new well pump! I would definitely recommend them. Wasn't cheap though! more
