I made a HUGE mistake taking a recommendation for this company. While I went through the proper channels of scheduling an appointment and making sure to use a local company who wouldn't have to travel but a couple miles during regular business hours to my place, I was still WAY overcharged. I work an hour away from my house, so I left my wife a check to be filled out when the plumber was done. She sent me a message stating the plumber stated ""this was an easy fix"" and literally only took him 5 minutes to do and a $9 part. She was still presented with a 90 dollar bill for services rendered. Like a good little consumer who was never disclosed the prices of services at the time I scheduled the appointment (sure I know I should have asked, but I didn't think they would charge me 80 dollars an hour to fix a leak in a toilet), I paid the bill. I also called the company and complained to the person and I was rudely informed, ""I don't care if he worked 5 minutes or 55 minutes, you will be charged for the whole hour."" In which I promptly replied, ""then I will never be using your services again."" Which shortly was followed by, ""OK then I won't even put you in the computer then."" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY because they do not care about customers and only ripping you off.
