I called Wieronski's after finding that I could not reach the hoses behind my washer/dryer to replace them. They were able to send Bill to our condo in under 2 hours (this was not an emergency, so that was great timing). Bill was able to squeeze in beside the machines and reach the old hoses, with a fair bit of struggling. When it was all done, he cleaned up and made sure the new stuff worked with no leaks. I will call them again whenever I need some help. They were fast, good and not too expensive. more

I want to compliment technicians Michael and Ryan. Both have been very responsive, diligent, persistent, and are very good communicators. They both have good skills at diffusing frustration and can communicate the issues clearly to a non-expert. If they don’t know the answer they say so and don’t make up the answer; they research it. Their dedication to solving the problem set my mind at ease. Miranda's the glue that holds them together, dispatching techs, communicating with customers, ordering parts, listening to complaints, etc. And Walter drove to Denver twice! to get an urgent part for our boiler. more

Jerome was great! He was very knowledgable, polite, let us know exactly what was happening and why. He used shoe covers and was careful handling things in our house. He cleaned up after the job very well and when he left, he said he'd be following up to make sure that everything was okay... and he actually did!! Wasn't cheap, but we feel that we had good work done and Jerome's customer service was excellent!! Thank you!! more

The scheduling was fast and the office staff called back to keep me informed of when the technician would arrive. He arrived on time, and knew how to to do the repair. He had to leave to get a part that was not on the truck and kept me informed of how long it would take. He returned and finished the repair quickly and accurately. He was pleasant and friendly. This is the second time Ryan has done work for us and we would ask for him again if we need more repairs. more

Jerome took his time to make sure the water heater was thoroughly clean and operated correctly. I felt very comfortable with him working in my house. Will ask for him next time. more

I was at my Townhouse in Keystone for a relaxing weekend. As bad luck would have it, I noticed that the area surrounding my kitchen sprayer head was leaking water….it was a Saturday morning; and quite frankly I figured I was really in trouble because most plumbers/vendors do not provide service on the weekend….I was aware of Wieronski through advertisements, so I did a web search and got their phone number. I left a message, and within, what seemed like, just minutes, Ryan R called me back. I was so elated to tell the truth! Ryan said he would be at my Townhouse within and hour - and was! Ryan R entered my home as a true "professional", introducing himself, and eager to help. He quickly assessed the situation, and went to work…..we chatted while he was working, and I enjoyed his sense of humor, but also, his ability to communicate the problem and resolution in laymen terms. Within about an hour - his work was complete! Everything was placed back in its original order, and spotless. I was impressed! I will keep the telephone number of Wieronski Plumbing & Heating close at hand - because I know when they say they provide 7/24 emergency services - they mean it! and are true to their word!
