I was at my Townhouse in Keystone for a relaxing weekend. As bad luck would have it, I noticed that the area surrounding my kitchen sprayer head was leaking water….it was a Saturday morning; and quite frankly I figured I was really in trouble because most plumbers/vendors do not provide service on the weekend….I was aware of Wieronski through advertisements, so I did a web search and got their phone number. I left a message, and within, what seemed like, just minutes, Ryan R called me back. I was so elated to tell the truth! Ryan said he would be at my Townhouse within and hour - and was!
Ryan R entered my home as a true "professional", introducing himself, and eager to help. He quickly assessed the situation, and went to work…..we chatted while he was working, and I enjoyed his sense of humor, but also, his ability to communicate the problem and resolution in laymen terms.
Within about an hour - his work was complete! Everything was placed back in its original order, and spotless. I was impressed!
I will keep the telephone number of Wieronski Plumbing & Heating close at hand - because I know when they say they provide 7/24 emergency services - they mean it! and are true to their word! Many thanks! Ryan R - you saved what could have been a horrible weekend in the mountains! Barbara Winters
