I have been working with Wicks Roofing for nearly 11 years now (with a couple different generals). In my experience, the value they offer on standing seam roofing is unmatched. Justin is available and responsive through email and always pleased to provide samples. They are predictable on draw invoicing and proactive on obtaining approvals on change orders, before performing the extra work. They have helped us resolve warranty issues in a responsible, fair and timely manner. We have some minimal detail work call backs on quality. Though in general their details seem tight. Recently we have had some issues with material availability and resulting schedule delays. more

Wicks Roofing Inc. is a large company, so you know they have staying power, which is good because sometimes, roofing is a real problem, and 6 years after a job's been completed, there are issues that come up, but the company might have gone out of business. Wicks did a job for me a year ago, and everything's fine with that job. Currently, they are working on another job for me and so far everything's going well. The crew showed up promptly, right at 8 am, when they were supposed to. They were a really efficient and friendly crew. They finished in a timely fashion and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. This was my first experience with Wicks Roofing Inc. and it was just wonderful! The men who came to work on the roof were complete gentlemen with manners, they were beyond polite. They worked in a timely fashion and everything looks exquisite. I am so happy with everything they did, I will be calling them back again to do my decking when I'm ready for that, I was happy to find out they do decking too. Everyone was really great, they took care of me the entire time, and even hooked me up with the right gutter men. They check up on their work along the way too. They were even better than their quote. I appreciated that even though they work on big, beautiful, palatial mansions, it's not about getting a huge buck with them. They work on the smaller jobs too. The total price was even better than their quoted price, and how often does that happen? They are great about customer contact and are very good at discussing things along the way. I like being able to support a small, community company. Also, since they are local so they know about the elements of the coast and all about the sea salt and dew rain and how that affects the roof, and materials, and how tight they should make things etc. more

My experience with Wicks Roofing was kind of bumpy in the beginning, but once it got going it was very good. The only thing I think they could improve on is response time, as far as coming out and doing the estimate. From the time I called them, to the time they came out to do the bid, it was nearly 5 weeks. I was on the verge of calling it off, and they almost lost the job. That was the biggest drawback. Other than than, everything was great. Everything was done quick, and it all looks great. more

This was the first time I used Wicks Roofing. I gave them a call, they responded back, came out, and gave me a bid. I had seen some other types of shingles, and I wanted to upgrade, so they revised the bid, gave me a price on that, and gave me an estimated starting time. They came out on the starting time, over close to what they said, and finished the work. Clean up is the big part, and they cleaned it all up, and everything was presentable. more

I think that Wicks Roofing did a great job. They were a little slow in getting the bid to me, but after that came, the job ran really well. They completed the job quickly and the crew had a real professional demeanor in handling the job at hand. And they didn't break anything! Throughout the process, they were really willing to help with little things that came up and weren't part of the bid. Like they resolved the issue with my fan in my bathroom for me and there was a large chunk of cement on the side of my property that I had no idea how to move, and they carried it off to the dump for me! They were very accommodating with my timeline and finished everything quickly for me. Re-roofing is stressful, but they made it stress-free! They also cleaned up after themselves really well.
