My experience with Wicks Roofing was kind of bumpy in the beginning, but once it got going it was very good. The only thing I think they could improve on is response time, as far as coming out and doing the estimate. From the time I called them, to the time they came out to do the bid, it was nearly 5 weeks. I was on the verge of calling it off, and they almost lost the job. That was the biggest drawback. Other than than, everything was great. Everything was done quick, and it all looks great.
