I have been working with Wicks Roofing for nearly 11 years now (with a couple different generals). In my experience, the value they offer on standing seam roofing is unmatched. Justin is available and responsive through email and always pleased to provide samples.
They are predictable on draw invoicing and proactive on obtaining approvals on change orders, before performing the extra work.
They have helped us resolve warranty issues in a responsible, fair and timely manner.
We have some minimal detail work call backs on quality. Though in general their details seem tight. Recently we have had some issues with material availability and resulting schedule delays.
