The customer service wasn't horrible but it wasn't stellar either. Overcharged for shipping initially but was refunded in full for entire purchase, including shipping, due to poor quality merchandise. I can't comment on everything they sell, obviously, but only what I attempted to purchase. Just verify whether you're purchasing authentic, manufacturer-produced items or overseas knock-offs before you purchase.
